The remit was to overhaul the overall image of the Dartford Station footbridge following South East Trains construction of a new station building.

Herne Hill Railway Station

LJT Builders were employed to fully renovate the subway which had multiple issues of water ingress, poor electrical wiring containment and pigeon infestation.

Brighton Edwardian Seafront Property

The work involved installing an additional floor to the house, and raising the roof to match the adjoining houses. The renovation was of interest to local conservation teams.
